The more chance that you die die earlier.
fuck me i will live forever :D
i think these people just make things up every now an then for a laugh.
things like meat is bad for you (then its not)
fish is good for you (then its not)
Eat more veg (then eat less)
Drink is bad for you (then its good for you.if you dont over do it)
And the list goes on and on.total bollox in most cases.like when they said free range food and organic veg is better for you.a lie to charge customers an extra few quid.

Iv never figured out how not putting pesticides and additives on food cost more and if people really knew what a Free Range chicken farm is like they may get a shock

Because yields from untreated fields are less ad so they have to charge more to recover their overheads. Simple.

As for free range chickens, the definition of what's free range really does defy logic.

To me a "free range" is where the little buggers run around all day in the sun in reality its crammed into a space where they can hardly move.

52 yrs old 32" waist 11st 2lb eat healthy food with the odd treat in moderation. Like booze a bit too much but again try to moderate intake. Generally cook from fresh daily and avoid too many takeaways, pre packed industrial sandwiches, designer coffees at £3.00 a pop, just get a cafetière 30p a decent cup and don't be lazy. Exercise in moderation, I find cycling best for my age as it's non jarring and you can do it at your own pace, rowing in the winter when the weather is shit. To keep healthy takes a bit of effort and socialising with friends is also a big part of my life. I wouldn't dream of buying a £2.99 caged chicken it's truly disgusting. Avoid Kentucky, Mcdonalds, subway and all the industrial food companies. Started growing my own veg this year too with some good results! Only use real butter, full cream milk and olive oil and sunflower oil for cooking.

I'm going to make 100!
