Mps vote not to leave the eu with a no deal under any circunstances.
Are they really that stupid?
EU must be giving each other high fives.and laughing their arses off.
It absolutely beggars belief Dougie. TM should just say “vote for what I’ve put forward or ill fk off and leave you all to it” - might get the right result but nobody on the Tory side wants the job yet, nobody on the Tory side wants to risk a GE. The other lot would shit themselves also

Tanks been out in the shed digging up relics from his VHS recordings.

Dougie the answer to your question is NO they are not stupid they are just looking after themselves and their safe seats and fuk the country.A large percentage of them at least anyway + some obv are stupid or incompetent.

Yup Mr Herb also find it amusing here.

Look at it this way Bill. We used to listen to our grandparents who lived through WW1 and our parents through WW2 but we’ve lived through Brexit - they’ll never believe us!

Instead of letting parliment vote if we leave with or without a deal wouldn't it be better a referendum on how we leave then go with the vote job done !!

Do you really think we will be better off out of our nearest trading partners deal? I mean really? Do you actually know what the benefits are? Do you read the daily papers? and believe them? Just another dumbfuck - who has not bothered to realise or learn what this really means. Economic and fiscal downturn for GREAT britain

I voted to remain but as the referendum had no conditions such as it needs to be 60/40 to leave or leave with a deal etc the result to me, however bad it was, should be honoured.

TM for all her faults has tried to get a deal all would accept but because there are a higher %age of remainders than Brexiteers in Parliament she was always going to fight a losing battle at home which of course weakens her bargaining position at the EU. So to blame her for all this is stupid. Yes she put down red lines etc but isn’t that how you attempt to show strength when negotiating. Also after Cameron bottled it the rush to take on the challenge wasn’t exactly a stampede and hasn’t been since.

As for whether we will be worse or better off only the bean counters who know the p&l on the EU account will know the real cost or savings. The “possibilities and probabilities” of what will happen after we leave are just that because nobody knows for certain until we’ve done it. Not the newspapers, the TV, the experts on Facebook or this forum.

TM has been bloody useless Tim,sure she had her hands tied and was always going to be stabbed in the back by her friends because that's the party in a nutshell but she has been absolutely fukin hopeless on just about everything she has been involved in.

TBF I don't think I have ever seen so many condescending contemptable lying back stabbing conniving self centered and opinionated conservative party members ever no wonder Cameron wanted out.

TM I think is nowhere near the awfulness of Gove or Rudd or Mogg and a good few others but she is weak as hell but deffo preferable to the 3 worst ones I mention here.

And of course the better options have been queuing up to help. Yes she has been awful but in her defence it’s an awful fk up. You know I’m not a fan, and yes I have voted Tory, but this clusterfuck couldn’t be sorted by any of our greatest leaders ever but thank fuck some of the current lot ain’t involved!

Farage could stand there for a week and a Day and they would take no Notice a man like Hiter could stand outside the EU in Brussels and they would be scared within an Hour

Quite possible. Especially if the doom mongers are correct.

But we would lose our rebate, veto and possibly the pound. Also we would have to be part of Schengen. (although that could look very different by then)

Maybe the better thing to do is

Get a long extension
Replace the PM
Let a new PM start fresh.

Or more important- who would want to do it?

Listened to one of the EU bigwigs yesterday.
he said losing the UK from the EU .is the same as it would be (the amount of trade we bring) as losing 19 of the smaller countries from the EU.
so if thats the case .they must be in a panic to about us leaving with no deal.
the solution - leave on the 29th with a no deal.
and get around the table with them on the 30th to work out a deal that suits us both.starting from scratch

It wouldn't be done in a year or two Doug. Meanwhile who will invest in the UK? I don't think the major businesses reporting gloom and doom are bluffing. It could be a very tough few years.

Well thats the EU given us their orders ,we have 8 days to sign the deal.
Watch these politicians fall into line and agree to it.
As they have already made it clear the uk are afraid to leave with a no deal.
Think the EU have put in a value bet there, knowing the fish will fold.

Things starting to look good for a NO DEAL
Got the box of fireworks all ready for 11pm on the 29th  :D

Was nice of the vice chairwoman of the EU to come out and tell us to have another referendum, with two choices on the ballot paper
1 = vote to accept the deal on the table (which suits the EU)
2 = vote to remain in the EU (which suits the EU)

Thought it was very kind of the EU to allow us those choices.
